We have customers in many different vertical markets. We serve many types of professional service companies as well as the aviation, construction, entertainment, education, manufacturing, trucking, and retail industries.
We provide service to you in three easy steps: 1. First, we will come to you onsite (either your home or your business) to diagnose your computer to figure out what is wrong. If you’re a new local customer who would like to use remote service, we’re happy to help! Initially, however, we like to provide an onsite service call to do the diagnosis and necessary repair service so that you can get to know us, and we can get familiar with how your technology is being used in your space. Once we diagnose your computer and can provide the information you need, we will tell you exactly what we know about the problem. Because computers can be quirky, we never know how long a repair can take. We always tell you as much as we can about the repair upfront, so you decide if you want us to proceed with repairs. Don’t worry, we work fast and accurately and can usually repair your computer in one service call if the computer doesn’t make things difficult. 2. The initial diagnostic appointment is up to an hour, please call for pricing. If you decide that you want us to fix your technology, we apply this fee to any repairs we make on your computer. You can pay this fee upfront on PayPal which you can access directly or via our website, so we can prioritize your appointment. 3. Then, after we diagnose your computer, with your permission we will make the repairs. Our fee for repairs is $1 per minute after we apply the diagnostic fee. After we complete the service, you pay for the repair, and you’re done! *Please note that additional fees apply if you are outside our service area.
If you are local, after we complete your repair, and you’d like to consider remote monitoring and repair service, we can set you up so we can be there remotely to help when you need us! This is a quick process where we install software with your permission and allow us to access your system. We will always tell you when we will be accessing your system to provide our monitoring services. At times for a repair, we may need you to be at your computer. With our remote monitoring, our goal is to prevent crises from occurring. We provide consistent health checks and security monitoring of your computer systems to prevent problems and bad actors from compromising your systems and to minimize any surprise expenses.
In the consultation you’ll help us understand your needs, goals and the problems you’re looking for technology to solve. We’ll answer any questions you have and help you choose the best technology and tech solutions for your needs and budget. We draw on our deep technical expertise and years of assisting other clients successfully to provide you with a highly effective solution customized to your business or personal needs. If we determine that we need to continue the consultation or or see your business facility, or home tech setup we’ll let you know. Cracked screens, keyboards, game consoles, printers, and motherboards are things we do not repair. We will install hard drives and memory to enhance performance.
Unfortunately we only provide repair support for speed and performance enhancements, such as replacing chips and hard drives. Beyond this we do not do hardware repairs and do not fix cracked screens, keyboard keys, printers or gaming consoles of any type.
Although you may have experienced us fixing hardware in the past, the cost for parts, shipping and labor often is not cost effective for our customers. Nowadays, unfortunately it is often cheaper just to replace the technology. Additionally, manufacturers often use high industrial strength glues to make it very difficult to simply access the device to make the repairs, making the repairs take longer, which then increases the cost. Manufacturers have an invested interest in either having you make the repair through them, which is usually more costly, if they offer the service, or just don’t offer services for physical repair to encourage you to replace the device with a new one. Either way, they try to make it difficult and costly for the consumer to make a physical repair. We have found with our customers that they have a better return on their investment and get more value for their money by purchasing a new device than doing physical repairs.
